Privacy Policy

We designed this site to need as little of your data as possible, because the cleanest way to protect information is not to hold it. Here is the whole picture:

Cadence BCBA Prep sets no cookies of its own. The timed mock is a self-contained piece of code that runs in your browser: it reads the question bank that ships with the page, tracks your answers and the clock in memory while you practice, and forgets all of it when you close or reload the tab. It writes nothing to cookies or browser storage, and it makes no network calls back to us as you answer. If your browser blocks cookies entirely, the practice still works exactly the same.

The primary call to action on this site — Get the app — is a link that sends you out to the appropriate app store for your device. Once you leave this site, the app store's own privacy terms apply to what happens there, and the app, if you install it, carries its own privacy policy. We have no visibility into what the store or the app collects; those are governed by their own terms, not this one. The only outbound link this site uses is that app call to action.

Because we hold essentially nothing about you, there is very little to sell, share, or lose. We do not sell your personal data, we do not trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers — there is no data pipeline here to do so. The one exception is the ordinary one: if the law requires us to disclose something, or we must act to protect the site from abuse, we will.

If you have emailed us and want us to delete that correspondence, ask and we will. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. For anything about your BCBA certification record or official data — which we never hold — contact the BACB (bacb.com) directly.
